    ULE Feedneck... locked in?

I when I first got my ULE mainbody, I slapped a revvie on it and noticed that the feedneck would come unscrewed really easily.

When it came off, I could smell something kinda weird in there.. was it lock-tighted down and just didn't set when I got it?

I played on saturday with it and it held just fine tho.. kinda odd.

They're Angel threaded feed necks - Threaded - meaning they unthread.

          smells

Wow, I'm not the only one!

When two pieces of anno'ed alum get really tight and you unscrew them there is a smell.

Loc-tite can also be noticed by smell when you break a seal.

Just use a rubber strap wrench to tighten it. I used one to take it off as soon as I got mine. Didn't have any problems with it getting loose when I played this weekend.

They are locktighted together but should not come apart easily.

That's very odd because mine came off very easily at first.

It's all tightened down good, so not really an issue.
