Turn around time?

When someone says 3 days turnaround time, do they mean it will be three days from the time you send it to the time you get it back, or 3 days until they actually ship it back? Thanks

i think its, once they get it...it will ship 3 days later.

Yes, generally "turn-around times" do not include shipping times (to them and then from them). It means the time it is in house.
