I've noticed that quite a few people around here are asking for warp feed sluggos and ULE bodies, well, i was thinking, couldn't you just make some kind of adapter that would screw directly into the angel threads for the feed tube. So instead of having to use an adapter on top of the feed tube, this would lower the profile. What im thinking is that after its screwed in, it would almost look like a power feed, but made for a warp. No, i dont have a warp, or a ULE body (yet, need money), so if this would not work, or if its a dumb idea, feel free to tell me.

You could save about 1" in height, if there was screw in adaptor that minimize the height. The problem is that it would not be adjustable in direction. I can possibly lower the ptp setup by 1/2" or so, but I am sure about the ball stack. I may experiment and see if I can reduce the height. Frankly, it sits low enough for me, especially with my revvy setup.Comment
