OK go back and make sure the sear pin is properly in place. That is seated in the rail in the slot and rocks freely.

Do you still have your old valve? If so compair the two on off pins in size. If not do you have calipers you can use to measure it?

Double check that all the orings are in place in the on off and its still intact while you have it back apart to check the sear.

Then lets go back over the carrier and proper order of the Washer and all in the Power Tube...

Should be white washer in first, proper carrier chosen with a O ring in it, then spacer washers (Silver ones, try two at first) then PT Tip and lightly but snuggly wrenched down.

Start with the 2.0 spacer and see how it fits. If it is not hanging on good step to the next smaller one and so forth until it hangs on but slides fairly easy.

This is becoming a tech thread now...

AGD, where we are so good we can do it with only ONE tube!

I would LOVE to have a manual trigger that was as light as an Electro. Whoever thought of that has GOT to be good! This will be sure to satisfy all those MAG lovers who would love to get it a bit lighter. Do you know something I dont know Uncle Phil?

                Maglover52,

are you SURE your on/off pin isn't damaged? Didn't yours fly out under pressure and cut your lip (I'm still waiting for the pics, BTW)

You can play with carriers all you want, but like Phil said, the problems with either your sear or on/off.

                Shouldn't this be in Tech...

search for the thread where tom or manike or cphil or somone polled AO about a mechanical frame witha poll the same length as an electro... I got 10cents that sez thats what this is about..
