Well, I figure the latest that we will know is the start of the IAO (that's what the billboard was for, right?) probably in the next week or so they'll announce me as the winner...

Chances are, if you weren't contacted for your original work ages ago, your billboard wasn't chosen.

I've got a pretty good idea who did win though. It was a really great billboard layout, and if it wasn't chosen I'd be surprised.
