AGD's Lock n Load takes 3rd at Midwest Shootout
AGD's Lock N Load took 3rd this weekend at the Midwest Shootout in Glenwood Iowa which is about 10 miles SE of Omaha Neb.
It was a 2 day event with teams from all over Ia.,Mo.,Ks., and Ne. and of course IL, that would be us.
Saturday was a beautiful day to play. We played 6 of our 8 games winning all 6. Sunday was a differant story with a storm Saturday night dumping about an inch of rain. The fields were muddy but not to bad. We played our last 2 games winning both and coming out 1st in our division.
The finials were a round robin with the top 4 teams. We lost our first game and maxed the other 2 but it was not enough and we ended up in 3rd with only a 20 points between 1st and 3rd.
All in all we had a good time and were the only team shooting Mags. We got alot of looks from other players and saying hey your Mags arn't breaking paint what did you guys do to then, so we told them about the lvl-x and let them shoot a couple of them and they were amazed how well they shot.
