Weight of an all ULE E-mag?

I don't know if this question has been adressed or not, but does anyone know the exact weight of an E-mag with ULE rail, body, frame, and X-valve? Does it even come close to the X-mag?

I believe it should be real close. I saved about 11 oz by going to xvalve, ule body and millout rail. (don't have ule frame though, but I would think it should be another 3-4oz saving there. almost 1lb saving over the old 1st gen stock emag. I am really happy with mine, with the weight savings. I don't know what xmag weighs though. It is more radical looking, but I think my all black emag is very nice looking as well. kinda reminds me of the mauser broomstick.
