He is partly right. But when it takes that much money in order to get a chance at that kind of money they may not have it nor want to risk it. Chances are some ringers will move in and take it all and not give you much of a chance. Kids NEED the money to even enter that. And will maybe not want to chance getting sand bagged out of it.
