Uh... actually I live in the Northern CA area, Stockton to be exact and I work in Sacramento. And I have been to San Francisco many times since I work for Apple Computer, a company that has a rainbow logo, lol. and... uh... yes.. most of them are gay. It is the gay captiol of the world. Where else does the city help pay for sex change operations? And where else has a bar called "Studs" that's off of the freeway and you can see guys wearing pink tank tops riding purple mo peds while you wait at the stop light? LOL

I was born and raised here in Northern CA and have had a lot og gay and lesbian friends so the whole gay thing is not so shocking anymore.. sorry if I offended some of you that live in Canada or Ohio or somethin.. but yes.. San Francisco has a lot of people that are gay, if you live in Berkley and can't see that then something is wrong with you. Maybe from all the acid and pot you hippies do there, heh heh

I understand what you are saying completely. Its just I get annoyed that whenever I mention I live in the SF bay area etc. and people ask me if I am gay. Yes there is a big gay population in the Bay area but I would not say that they are the majority. I can understand the joke since your from around here but it annoys me when people make that generalization. No I am not at all homophobic and I have friends who are gay, I just dont find it a really appropriate comment.
