elbow pad sizing ?

im looking into buying some elbow pads. Ive been told many times that they do deflect hits. And i see Alot of people wearing them now.

how would i go about sizing, im about 5'9/5'10 and 140lbs, and my arms are kind of skinny

what do u think? im thinking med/small

I had some gift money to burn at my local shop, so I bought a pair over the winter. I've played in them once. Very hot, but not a bad fit. Pretty good quality, but be careful taking them off. Pulling can rip the seams. If I did more tourny ball I'd wear them more.

I have Lg and they are snug. I'd rather have them be too small and strech than too large and flop.
