Team Pierre Pressue

I don't know how many of you are from around my area but I compete in a tournament circuit called the NPUCTS. There is a team in this circuit called Pierre Pressue and (here is where we find relavence to AO) they all shoot warped E-Mags.

A "friend" of mine (Quotation marks are necessary) insists, constantly, that they are sponsored by AGD. Except, being on AO, I thought I had a pretty good handle on the teams that were sponsored, and I didn't count PP among them.

But I began to wonder so I ask AO here if any of you guys know about them. (Mostly because I want to either prove my buddy wrong or get to know an AGD sponsored team. Either way it works out to my ends)

I don't think AGD sponsors teams, but I am not sure.

I know AGD does, they've got the Lions, Pride, AGD Kids etc...

The thing is the guy that was telling me this usually takes things at face value (IE if my team shot all Impulses, he'd figure we're sponsored by Smart Parts).

I'm just curious as if to someone knows about them or even if they post here on the forums.

(By the way I'm from the southwest corner of Minnesota, near the SD border. They're called Pierre Pressue because they're out of the city of Pierre in SD, so it's actually pronounced Peer Pressure. They are not a team of Frenchmen)

Actually we do have a sponsorship program if your whole team shoots mags and are registered with us. They get special discounts on parts. THey very well could be.

I met up with team Pierre Pressure at the '01 Pan Am in Vegas. Yes, they all shoot Emags, some with Warps. They are on the old AGD sponsored list from way back. So yes, they are AGD reps.

Interesting. I had no idea...

But I'll agree with you Army - they are a nice bunch of guys.
I know that last year they didn't all use Warps, but this year I'm thinking they do... (hey why not? It sounds like they get a discount on them...) Except at this last tournament in Fargo. Apparently they were one guy short and borrowed our sub for backup (before the teams turned their rosters in... anyone could play for whoever) so it was 4 E-Mags and 1 Angel IR3. I've noticed that they're a pretty hard group of guys to beat, as well as a pretty nice group of guys.
