What color should I anno the SFL?

I think I have all the parts I want for right now so I'll be sending the ol' SFL in to XPB for a scratch removal and re-anno job. I was tossing around the idea of a pewter to black fade or just having it all go back to the polished pewter. I'm leaning toward just pewter because it's the original color and not very common and also most silver/pewter/black fades seem to have purple in them somewhere in the fade (no offense to Mayhem and Jeffremiller). But I wanted to get a few more opinions.

No seriously.. How many solid black SFL's you seen? Not many. They tried to color them all it seems. No one did solid black that I know of or at least there could not be many. And matching things would be a sinch and touching up scratches is a sinch. Go Black!

Not sure how to take the "It suits you comment".

I do know Manny shoots a black SFL and there was another at the Megameet (if you had been there tire-boy, you'd have known that) so they do exist.

I'd go with orange if I were you - it'd be a one of a kind . Something like the color on this cocker.

phil, just to let you know, i still have not located another silver dust like my sfl. i ffound one, but we still think it was a scam, it was in the thread eith the guy and the halowarp thing

I seen I think Three Silver Dust. Two of them were up in the Chicago area as a matter of fact. Wonder exactly if they know what numbers three realy were. I would suspect there was a certain number of each. I seen one light green one as well. And I think a Blue but not a nice blue nor was that green real pretty. Some if not most of thier color choice was drab. Including the red. Not much bright shinney stuff at all. I think that was a mistake.....

OK well how are you coming on the learning curve? I need me stickers back... But don't rush it... I do not want another defective one!

I am curious to how chroming would work with the cocker threads or does the chrome not go in those areas?
