I have been reading some of the posts on custom mags, and people say things like "That is a nice rail" etc. What is a rail? Are there any schematic drawings of mags so i can avert having to ask n00b questions? I appreciate any responses.
*sigh* Another "n00b" Question

Kinda. The Xmag has an integrated body/rail. It also utilizes cocker threads and has an electronic eye that looks into the breech to see if a ball is loaded.

Is an X-Mag just an E-Mag with the X-Valve and a different body? Thanks again.Comment

ehhh, I wouldn't say that about the emag and xmag comparison. Its an entirely different construction.
As far as I know x-mags are all aluminum and are only 2.7 lbs total. They also have removable breeches. and a number of other things, read up at www.airgun.comRooster "But such is the mentallity of the Arab people. Which is why as long as there are Arabs, there will be a terrorist problem."

In actual preformance, does the X-mag fire better. I mean, all that is realy unique about the inner workings of it is the eye. And it's not realy needed with the lvl 10.Comment
