Vert. ASA w Two Outputs - where to find

Anyone know where I can get one? I have an older raptor 3k tank w/o an output pressure guage on it ... and i'm currently using a 't' adapter near the tank.

I wanna put the guage on the vert. asa so the tank looks cleaner.. but i can't find one anywhere...
