ok i was wondering how you would polish a mag to a chrome finish without sending it to a pro shop

Whoaaaa buddy sanding is anti-polish. go to your local auto parts store or hardware store and get some buffing pads and buffing compound in the car care section. strip your gun down into peices and rub away!
If you have a bench grinder you can get buffing wheels for them which would take alot of the hand work out of buffing your gun.

dremel works fine for final steps, but takes forever and a day... Also, it is hard to get in around the powerfeed tube, even with the little cable extender for the dremel.

does anyone have all of the steps.... do you have to go fro mthe 320 grit all the way to the 1000 grit... i have access to a dremel with extender i jsut need to know... dont wanna screw up my mag thanksaim : andymagman
