What day is AGD comming to set up tents for dday?

When is AGD comming up to set up the tent and everything for D-Day?
I'm leaving next monday. We still have two 2 story bunkers that aren't finished from this weekend.
EDIT: We talked with Dewayne and he said this year he is getting like 3 different colored paint fills.
one for regular players
one for snipers
one for something else (i forgot)
Also there will be player refs. Like actual people who are playing, and don't know hardly anyone, with a florescent card that says they are a player ref. They will also be having real refs that don't play too.
