JT Excellorator 6.0 help, can you remove highrise???

A friend of mine has one, and is curious if the high rise is removable ... if so, what threads ..

apparently the instructions only stay 'lock tight' .. that is it ..

ive done it on a 5.0 and it should be the same on the 6.0. ITs angel feed ports and its locktited on there pretty good. i used a oversized hopper that on fit in by oiling and heating then i let it sit for a while the twisted it right off hope this helps

yep...brought it up during a conversation with a BE engineer today

angel feed threads is what he tells me. so some muscle should get it off
