found more pics from last weekend
keep in mind that, when theses pics were taken, I had been camping at the field for a few days straight. Basically, team/myself were too broke to pay for a hotel, and I sure didnt want to drive 3 hours back to school every night to sleep in the dorm. SO, we set up a campsite/built a fire at the field friday night, slept there, played saturday, slept there again, and played sunday. Fun times.

.....then went and took 4 finals in the following 3 days, and now Im off to go play MAO, after wich, ill have to drive back to school and take my last final, yeah, I'm well rested. .

Just updated our website with some new pics

This is from our first AXBL match this past weekend. Neil is our small snake player bunkering one of the opposing players. Awesome pic of the action. We won the match by a slim 2 point margin.




This next one is of one of the guys on our sister team getting lit up. They won their AXBL match though so its all good.

I have been told that theyre alright, but the level of competition isnt that great, but, I cant say first hand.
CFOA xball is pretty legit, much better competition than what we saw in D3 psp.

How are the AXBL events?

Our AXBL events are quite exciting. There are a large variety of skill differences between different teams. Until the newer teams get caught up, there are a couple of teams that are quite a bit ahead of the pack. The newer, or sometimes older teams that are resting on their experience are finding that they actually need to practice a lot to stay competitive at this level.

Heres a pic of the last event. Marcus Neilson is shooting our guy, Jeff Macdonald. Both guys have won world championships. I'm not sure when Marcus won his, but Jeff won his with the Philly Americans in 2002, the year before they moved to the NXL. We ended up winning this Xball game 12-6.

Me against the 5 other players left on the other team,... I ran out of paint and got shot at the same time!


This was in the first game. Doobie, Trina, and Scott (BigEvil) found out (the hard way) that the Micro E-Mags we were packing from NH were plaint slingers from hell!


This is the exact moment where myself and my brother (pictured) saw Rudz comming out of his bunker in a charge to do my brother. Just after this,.. there was a HUGE wall of paint and a pink and yellow covered Rudz walking off the field! Good time!
