hey. I have a friend that has shot one. He has shot trixes, angels, cockers, mags, and many other markers so he knows how other markers operate...He said that he would buy it any day for $400 and that it surprised him how good of a marker it was for $400. Just my 2cents

i've seen and used one... my local field got one in for prototype testing

the cam feed is 2 plastic levers to push the paintball into the breech and stop the second one from comming down

it is like an electro cocker with the pneumatics all built inside

i say this because it has a backblock and a cocking rod

the trigger is very much like the trigger on the orracle WGP hinge frames

the trigger pull feels the same an an impulse, but the micro switch isnt as light

overall i think that is is a good gun for the $400 price tag

edit: the board is capped at around 17bps, so you won't have any trouble laying down a nice line of paint

From Have Blue's description I got more of the feeling it was a closed back blowback type design, with an electronic sear tripper trigger and a cam feed system.

So its got a cocker bolt?
What do you mean sear tripper? Arent cockers sear trippers?
What about the internals like hammer, valve and stuff, are those spyder parts or cocker parts or were they made especially for the omen?

A cocker does trip a sear but generally is not referred to as a sear tripper.

A sear tripper is commonly used in reference to things such as Piranhas, Spyders, Tippmans and an electronic sear tripper simply as some method of moving the sear via microswitch and ram/solenoid/other to give it that mouse click trigger.

I have preordered one (waiting since late February). It will not replace my retro mag but be another addition to the arsenal.

I do know that hitmang on the board has one and has raved about it on the PMI board. Once he sees this post I'm sure he'll put his opinion down...
