    Freak Barrel kit

I think I'm going to order a Freak Barrel kit for my mag. Does anyone have one? They work good?

I had one when my Emag was twistlock and I'm still using it with a cocker back on my ULE body. Some people will tell you that the inserts don't always sit in straight, but if you tighten the barrel on the gun(non-mag threads) it centers by itself.

I know freaks are good overall...but i've heard some myths that they aren't as good for mags as they are for other guns...thats what i was trying to find out.

Freaks, or any adj. bore barrel system works great. Afterall, paint - barrel match is where accuracy is at.

Well don't forget consistency as one of the factors of accuracy...

I had several of them that were good and some of the people in our club also have good luck with them. There was some that had some miss milled backs at one time period but they exchanged them with no problem. Overall I liked them.

Your sear that you have will work just fine. But depending on what marker it came out of, and what marker your putting it into you may need to do something with your on off pin. Maybe not.
