    Mine resets almost every time I put the plastic pin in to turn it off. There is a glitch in the old software. I think it's version 1.35 If you have that, then it resets all the time. You can send your marker in to agd and they'll upgrade the firmware on your gun, for free I believe.
    futuremagowner - I'm guessing that your gun is 1.35 because my serial numbers just a few digits higher than yours, and mine is 1.35

        I have 1.37. I grounded my battery out before and still didn't reset my counter. I must be special.

                    Mine is 1.37 and it resets all the time.
                    Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
