    Stay away from PMIs, they tend to just bleed from the fill nipple after a fill from time to time. They use a somewhat simpler system to close the valve after a fill and if some debris get in there it might not seal. Its a simple fix just jab a allen key in the fill nipple, but its not something you want to deal with. Otherwise they are pretty consistent tanks, and I never had a problem with my PMI. Also all 4500psi tanks are fiber rapped, with a few exceptions like tuff skin tanks (which I think are just standard fiber rapped tanks with another layer of resin over them).

      O BTW the Xvalve is like an RT or Retro valve, the input preassure to the Xvalve will determine its reactiveness.
