I ordered my Trauma Matrix on Tuesday, and I got it yesterday(Thursday). I got the last one they had in stock on Tuesday, and I called at 11:01 am. Dust black baby!

Let me see a pic =) Where do you live and do they charge the extra money after they ship it if you did a downpayment of $500? What kind of shipping do they send it, and do they call you when they ship it?

I would have had pics yesterday, but I left the cam in the car from last weekend, and my mom decided to drive it today and yesterday. I will have pics of it later tonight.
I live in Virginia. They charged me about $7-8 for shipping, those were the only extra charges. It was $1199 for the gun. They use UPS ground. I did not have to put a down payment down. I paid in full on Tuesday when I ordered it. They did not call me. I called the next day and got a tracking number. If you call and ask for a tracking number they will give it to you.

What am I missing here? Has anyone here even picked up the NYX? I admittedly haven't picked up the Trauma, but I posted a link to some people who have, and they seem to consider it a back-up marker. Well, whatever. I'm sure the NYX guyz will be switching to Trauma trixes in the next few months.

Why would NYX switch to Freeflow guns?? There is no logic whatsoever in that statement. NYX is using NYX Matrix's and are quite happy. As for people not getting the NYX guns, we've assembled and shipped a whole bunch of guns to the team, whatever they do with them from there isn't up to us, they could just be hoarding them.

Hey Toxic Dave. I was being sarcastic about NYX switching to FF, that's why I put the face next to that statement. I have an NYX and I wouldn't trade it for a Ferrari at this point cuz I think the NYX is faster. I was just wondering why all these people were hell bent on Free Flow. I think there IS a big difference in the board and electronics, otherwise NYX wouldn't have changed it. As far as the FF internals go, Leethal is coming out with his own bolt pretty soon. If I were to choose between a FF bolt and a bolt made by one of three patent holders on the Trix...

But Dave, while your here, I had a concern. The selenoid on the NYX is a standard Gen-E one, right? If I were to burn it out and need a replacement, who should I call and how long would it take to get one?

What is the NYX board set to? I thought they all had 20 bps and the freeflow will soon have an eye also, so the nyx board doesnt seem any better.... Also do NYXs have lifetime warrantys, I assume they do. They cost $100-$200 more.

The board is capped at like 23-25 I think, not a significant difference...
