    Tank weights?

    Hi,

Is there a weight comparison listing for the HPA tanks out there? I'm curious as to the weight differences of steel, aluminum and fibre wrapped in the different sizes.

    Thanks for any help.

the weights of pure energy tanks are listed on their webpage. Or at least it says the weight in the specs of the tank.

Some vendors list the weight of their tanks. Exactly which tank are you interested in?

I was more curious about how much of a difference there is in weight between an aluminum / steel vs. fibre wrapped. Some people say lots and some say not much.

I'm starting to think my best bet is to do a hands on comparison.

            Thanks,

steel is disturbingly heavy. Aluminum is way to heavy too, imo. Fiber is the way to go, even though it costs alot more, and you have to be carefull not to scratch them.

On my old gun I had a steel tank, warp feed, revy, ss barrel, classic valve... MAN that thing was a tank!!!!!
I dont think I could live with another steel tank. There good to start out with nitrogen but in the long run your going to want a fiber wrapped. Trust me.
