    help with apoc 45/45 on/off

I have this old AA apoc 45/4500 tank on my cocker, and as anyone who ever had one knows, as the pressure in the tank increases, so does the amount of force used to turn the tank on...

well I just had it filled, and played.. and now after turning the tank off, it won't turn back on (it had 3k psi). Well after LOTS of effort between my roommate and I we finally got it 1/2 on.. enough to gas up the cocker.. I shot off 1.2k psi and tried to turn it all the way on.. no luck.. still just as hard... try and turn it off... just as hard...??? They were never hard to shut off, no matter how much pressure there was.

SO now the lever is stuck.. whats going on and any ideas how to fix?

plyers till you can get it on, empty it... then take it apart and oil it.

Pliers is the key for now.

You can replace and re-lube the orings on there to make it better. You can also replace the 'knob' part of the on/off with something that's on both sides so you can get a better grip on it. That worked well for me. I can post pics if that doesn't make sence to you.
