    Trick on the ULE Trigger???

So, there I was trying to explain to some AutoChopper (cocker) users that AGD is coming out with a ULE Trigger. I explained to them that the trigger will be similar to a Electro trigger with a light pull or close to it. I didn't completely hype it up because I still am a bit unsure of how the entire thing works and what to expect.

Edit: no the project hasn't been dumped!!!!!!!!!!

From what I can gather now, we need to learn how to pull the trigger and it will be like an Electro Gun.

I was wondering if anyone had some knowledge on how the ULE trigger will work. When will schematics or an explanation of the trigger appear on the net, when the trigger is available or before it is available? Any clues?

It will not be like an electro gun. It will be a light mechanical trigger, which is very different in feel. It will be around 1/3 the pressure of the original pull

BC, no, very much not. It is coming soon (it will also come with xvalves at no extra charge, so im guessing its just a on/off modification)

Reading some of the threads about the ULE trigger, I see the date July 15th popup. I read that awhile ago. I think there is some tourney that week and it is possible it will be out then.

But that is just my memory... don't trust me at all please and I am not starting rumors...

I was thinking it was a new "sear." No, there are no gnomes that run this sear, but I thought it would be some sort of "shock system" or "on/off valve" system.

OHHHH NO they havent dumped it at all. I shot it at DDAy and it was flipping insane! Not quite walkable, but its still extremely nice.. also whats this about it coming free with xvalves?

Tom said it would get rid of most of the reactivity, if so I dont want X-valves to come with it becacue I would like the option of leaving it like it is. What's the point of buying an X-valve if there's little or no reactivity?

I haven't shot the trigger first hand, but I can imagine the trigger being like a high end cocker hinge trigger.

last i remember seeing its to be released at IAO middle of july. its also being tought at the tech class at IAO...thats most likely the first detailed explanation/scematics anybody except a select few outside the factory will get.

So it's not really a light pull unless we know how to shoot it? I'm still confused on this whole matter. Tom said we'd all need to learn to shoot it right or else it will chop. How different can you pull a trigger?

With a lighter trigger it will be much easier to short stroke it.

I think the term was "chuff." Now someone said that chuffing was sending the ball half way down the barrel and having a second ball hitting it?

I think I am correct there, but don't quote me CUZ I am only recalling from memory (I do that alot).

a few answers for people who haven't read it all or don't have as good a memory as i do.

july 15th is IAO. that's where the ULE trigger makes its public debut.

the mod consists of a new on/off assembly and that's it. it will reduce reactivity. the pull is about 15 ounces. about one-third what it was before.

this mod makes it easier to shortstroke. shortstroking will not chop anymore. it will chuff. chuffing is pushing a ball into the barrel. your next ball will fire correctly and collide with the first ball creating a huge mess all down your barrel.
