    Tippman pro-carbine and A5 barrels...same threads?

It seems like I read somewhere (can't exactly remember where) that Tippman's A5 uses the same barrel threads as their pro-cabine. Is this correct? Are the barrels interchanable between the two?

ya i read that too but also can't remember where

they said the only reason they didn't use them in the m98 is because with the clamshell body and material(crappy metal) they used, it'd be too hard to use that fine of a thread...i guess it wouldn't hold up...

but since they could go back to the pro-carbine threads with the A-5...they did

According to the A-5 Owner's Group they are...

They should also be interchangeable with ACI F4s/Griffins as well...
