Someone placed a sales order Friday evening and put a smart aleck obscenity in the message field.

We did not find this entertaining. It isn't as if we have never heard the word; however, it was an inappropriate message to put on a sales order.

We hereby reserve the right in future to cancel an order and return the money of anyone who thinks it would be a fun thing to send us obscene messages.

What a loser, who is stupied enough to do that and send them money for stuff. Your just asking to get it steped on before you get it shiped. Its like the same thing at a resturant, you do something like that you will so get your food spit in. I'm sorry it happened, and like phil said if they were a AO member the should be punished here as well.

well, my viewpoint on the entire thing is that accidents DO happen all the time. make no exceptions with this fellas order.

or, you could opt to refund the persons money, because at AGD, you promote safety with your products, and you feel someone with such a low maturity level is not quite ready to own/purchase AGD products without adult supervision..
