I have been waiting for a while just like everyone else for the new trigger but now I really need it for the NY cup so I was wondering what is happening and if there is any dates set besides at IAO. Thank you very much.

Then no if its not until IAO it will not be early enough. However who says it will be then? Tom is gone to hunt dino bones so he will have a lag answering this kind of thing. But he will be back the weekend after the 4th of july. We shall just have to see
And by the way the 15th is my Birthday and I would like one for that too. But I not counting on it!Comment

Seeing as how the 15th is the beginning of IAO and Tom will be immersed in the tech class there, I doubt there will be ANY releases of the ULT. Hell, he's including the ULT in the tech class that day. (Which I will be attending. So watch out Phil.

I guess I'll be the first to say it. In the many years I have been playing tournaments there is one thing you NEVER do. That is get something as radical as the ULE trigger put on a gun just before the event. So my suggestion, if you are playing the NY event and the trigger does happen to come out before then, do not use it.

I totally agree with Muzikman, Tom considered pulling this trigger from production because it requires you to learn it to shoot fast or else risk chuffs. If Tom chuffed onc or twice, we'll all probably chuff a hundred times before we are roughly familiar with the trigger. I plan on using a whole 68/3000 tank just practicing dry fires with it (maybe some paint). You wouldn't try to drive stickshift for a driving test the day after you first try it. So if you install it and go to a tournament you risk the chance of chuffing at a really inopportune time which could cost you games. Your call, but don't say Mags suck or the trigger is pointless like you did with the XValve just because you didn't take the time to learn it and get used to it. You are probably better going with your current setup for the tourney without the ULE or adjusting your on/off pin which you should never do.
