What is the easiest way for a person with a limited amount of tools to strip off powder coating? Sand paper or is there a chemical bath I can use?

Yeah I searched and only found the first two of those links neather of which say how to remove powder coat. The first is just a send it here and I'll strip it for you thread and the other is about stripping normal paint.
Thanks for the 3rd link though.
