that's hot man. the body looks really nice. i'm a simitry freak though, and i ahve that body rail cut to match the end of the body or better yet have it milled to a tip so it fits in perfectly with the body. but that's just me. for a hot color scheme, i am thinking of getting my gun black to grey to red fade, i think yours would look dang hot in that (red, black, greay are northeastern colors, goin there next year). that's just my 2 cents.

I have yet to see any good pics of that body. It looks like it might be cool, but again all I have see are crappy pix.

Are you guys insane. When that thing gets annoed and put together it is going to be one of the hottest looking things. Post pics as you progress! This should look pretty darn cool.

why is that a lesson? they were stating their opinion on what they thought, theres nothing wrong with that at all. people should know before they post that not everyone is going to like it.

personally i dont think it looks all that great to what the models of it were showing it to be.

One of my only gripes would be that the front of the body sits back so far from the front of the rail. That's the only thing that takes away from the flow of the looks. But other than that, I think once it's done, it'll look very nice!!

well, on the e-rail the frint end could easily be cut off, as it doesnt have any reason to be there.... also, who wouldnt love a shorter over all marker? i mean, it isnt the prettyest like that, but major can deffinitely cut it down, and im sure rob could help him as well in that area........

I agree that we are all entitled to an opinion. I'm not trying to take that away from anyone.

But if a person is going to state their opinion about why they don't like it, they should at least give constructive criticism about why they don't like it. To completely judge something when it's not even complete is really not a very fair judgement.

He even stated what he wanted to do to it and with that statement, I tried to look at the bigger picture and visualize what that may look like when it's complete.

Like I said, at the current state, it looks very raw. But once he gets the emag's lower half and puts it together, along with a nice ano job, you'll have to agree that it will look much better.

Yes, it's very hard to see the minor details of that body, and the quality of the picture probably doesn't do it justice. There are other pictures of that body that does show off the details, but unfortunately, the body was placed on a stock rail and grip frame which didn't flow with the body design, that actually took away from it imo.

Also, another point that I got from this thread was that someone finally got their XD body because for a while, we weren't sure if it was really going to come out or not. I'm sure he was quite excited to share the news with us even if it meant showing all of us an incomplete project.
