    Dont Do This

Alright i was feeling stupid so I said what the heck why not do this. So i took the old stock vavle i had lying around and with everything intact, I gassed it up with a remote hose. It wasnt pretty. First the place where the free flow valve goes shot out so fast i didnt see it, and put a big dent in my ceiling, then air shot out that hole and the back of the reg. then the bolt just slid off the gun. I checked the valve over afterwords and it was fine. I dont recomend doing this to the vavle that you play with. It was a good laught though

Another thing to put on your "don't do this" list.

Turn the knob on your bottle on/off valve (even a little bit)when you have a plastic thread protector on it. I managed to blow mine off, across the room, into a picture on the wall, shattering the glass, and pissing off my wife. All in the matter of maybe .5 second...

OK, if you do the on/off threadsaver thing, remember I said it was a "dont do this" item.

              Mine popped real loud too...

I did that, only the way I did it was alot more organized. It actually went through a TV. It had about 975 psi behind it.

Man, I thought the picture frame was bad. I'd hate to have to explain the TV...

Is it just me, or did Tom say SPECIFICALLY not to take the valve body out of the gun unless it's completely degassed in the movie?
