    Sneaky's NEW PGP

after 7 hours working my arse off in my basement with my dremel, my PGP polishing project is COMPLETE

behold, the new and improved, Old Skool Sneaky P.G.P.

this included polishing the internals, gripframe, trigger, pump rod, and the 4 body plugs

this photo does not do justice to how beautiful this gun really is

i'll have to take some more tomorrow when the sun is brighter

i dunno if my dremel process works with the teflon coating that AGD does on the bodies... but if it does, i'll start a small business for polishing

Damn...my Pgp's didn't look that good 15+ years ago when they were new. Outstanding job. You polished the internals too, I wonder how smooth the action is?

the bolt still has some scratches on it from the 6+ years of use from the previous owner, but i got the ano off of it and polished the bolt bore

i also put some new SS bolt detents in

the pump action is very quick and snappy
one you get past the pressure of the detents, it just slides back super smooth

i put some of my dow 33 on the bolt which really helps it glide like butta... not butter... butta!

The dremel should work on the mag body rail, but probably not on the actual body. My friend polished his rail and it looks pretty good(considering his 68 mag is like 13 years old).
