i just traded for this sleeper cocker and i am trying to find out the year before go out and buy the wrong parts or something. it is a 550 number

is it a large or small hole?
if its large, it is 2000 and newer

why would you post this it has no relevence to the thread at all
also the back blocks sometimes tend to look different as well but i dont know about sleepers back blocks from over the yearsComment

it is hard to determine because they don't use genuine WGP Cocker bodies. See if it has a larger air inlet when u take off the front block. That should determine whether it's a 2000. If it's older than 2000, see if the IVG is threaded or if theres a peice that holds thread by a screw. If the body isn't IVG threaded, then its older than a 97 but i doubt there were Sleeper Cockers in 97. My best guest would be 1999-2001.Comment

Pro-Team did use wgp bodies. So they are "genuine" for what its worth.
things to look for.
1. screw size on front block
2. milling
3. powerfeed or centerfeed
