How to buy a 68CI/3K tank? (not an ad)

I have called a few places to try to buy a replacement tank for my 47ci flatline, most will not sell it to you. I know some people here have bought from distributors or directly from the manufacturer.

cool, anyone else have places that they have gotten them..........most of the distributors are jerks......hiding behind liability excuses so they can sell you a whole system.

its so stupid......nobody says "oh, we cant sell you that car, you might drive into somebody and then you could sue us for selling it to you..."
