    Fubar

So yesterday I figure I'll cath this big game near my house in some local woods. It ends up like 25 people showed up so it was pretty good.

During the Second game I was under fire from 3 angles and was hiding behind a tree. I managed to take out on of the closest people who was a large threat. I shoot into the bushes after he runs and he say im out. Well after about 30 seconds I am facing the other way shooting at other peoeple he decides he is back in. So I say F this and I run, well I was at the edge of a swamp so I just run right thru It. I hit a log under the water and Go face first into the water.

When I stand up my fram is off of my tray. I say oh *POOF* and get shot in the face. When I find my way back to the main area I *POOF AGAIN* the damage.

Frame Riped right out of the tray and I lost that rear frame screw.

Wiring harness is destroyed, need a lot of solering.

My noid is cracked, It seems to bee just alittle piece of plastic over the connections, but I doubt I can get just a part of an ICD noid so it looks like im going to have to buy another one.

So this was in the water, Im not sure if my board and *POOF A THIRD TIME. ARE WE GOING FOR A NEW RECORD?* even work anymore but they were not wet so I will give myself the benfit of the doubt and say they still work.

So now I have some choices. Rebuild, get some upgrades I have been looking for and go on and hopefully find the money for the group ano.

Or, I can scrap the gun, sell the partys and buy something new. Probably a trix.

If I go for repair I will send my tray and board into goldie. I want a shocktech tray but I don't know where to buy one and I guess it will be cheaper to get a stock one. Hopefully the noid can be repaired but I doubt it and thats like 5-80$ I think. Wiring will e 30+.

Time to make some phonecalls to ICD

Well I have made a good escape out of the same kind of situation running through a swamp so I can't fault you for trying.

Bad luck with the marker though. Did you go down and catch the marker on something solid in the water ?

Well it was like 6 inches deep, ANd I guess I hit a log underwater, Tripped and I went face first. I guess my gun caught the Brunt of the fall. It looks like Im going to have to buy a new 40$ tray. 25$ wiring harness and possible a 60$ solenoid and thats all if my electronics didn't get fried. But hey, while its in the shop Im going to have him put in a lighter microswitch, New LPR and maybe a trigger.

For the solenoid, contact Have Blue

He is a well respected member of the paintball community, and for the prices you are talking about, he could sell you a new solenoid. In fact, he was selling them for around $50. His email address is [email protected] . Or check out his website at www.airsoldier.com .
