how can you measure yourself for a jersey size?

I was looking to get a JT Camo jersey, and I have no clue what size I should get, prolly XL, I am 6'4, but thin.
Do I messure arm length or what?
My shirts tend to be XL.
The ppl at Big and Tall told me I wasn't suitable for their clothes, cuz I wa tall, but not BIG.
At this point, its XL red camo jersey!
lookin fer IR3 or Xtreme (C&C)

black RT Mag for sale. Great condition. Stock barrel, sanded bolt, I-frame, blade trigger. Extra parts, bolt spring, internals o-rings, extra hardline, nubbins, hardline. it doesnt break balls except on ppl. asking $450.

Maybe this can help out some. Im about 5'11-6 foot. I wear a Large 32 Degrees flame jersey. Im not very thin, about a 34 inch waist. The arms are a lil' short on my jersey, but nothing bad. Maybe this will help ya out some.

          ENDO!

            Heres my theory:
Buy 1 size larger than what you think

            Always works for me

I just got a new xl red jt flame jersey today. I'm also 5'11" to 6' tall 190 pounds. The xl fits very well on my shoulders and arm length but extends about 6 to 7" below my waistline.

The xl should fit your 6'4" frame nicely.

considering most companies don't make a size small i usually have to get a medium or large.

I'm 6'4" 270#. I have a XXL JT jersey that isn't too bad. I could probably benefit from a 3XL. An XL or XXL should work fine for ya depending how you prefer the fit.

I'm 6'3" and 230 and the problem i have with most jerseys (i wear XXL) is that the darn arms are too short..so i ended rolling them up to my elbows instead of having them stop about 3 inches from my wrist...
