Lookin good... Do you think you could work a large o-ring on the back of the grip to act as a sort of seal?

Is that hard plastic, not rubber?

Looks like the ones Load used to make. It is good to see folks working on stuff. (Kind of like what the "The Workshop" was created for. )

yea, i made grips exactly like those for another gun of mine, i dont know if you did yours with plexi glass (i did) and i didnt think they were very comfortable, if i worked on the edges more, they could have been, but i made wood grips instead the clear looks really cool though

CoFFeY[NiTrO] - My biggest complaint about the stock grips is that they don't seem to seal the electronic compartment very well. I thought maybe cutting a groove along the inside of the grip panel for a large o-ring to sit would seal the inside of the grip. What do you think?

I know what you mean, I don't know about an o-ring, but maybe like a tiny square piece of rubber along all the edges.

Yeah something like that... and since they're clear you wouldn't need to cut away any material of the LED. That should keep the electronics sealed. Do you have any pics of the other side?

Havent made the other one yet.

I made this one to expieriment with. I'm gonan go buy some of the insulation thats around the edge of outdoor light sockets, and see what I can cook up. I will make more if anyone is willing to buy them, of course if I get the oring idea working properly.

Right on! I for one would buy a pair. I was lucky enough to get a couple of clear switch covers from FryMarker but missed the grips. I can't wait to see what you come up with.
