Where can I buy and how much does it cost to buy Battery Housing for an EMag, ULE Rail, and the EMag Trigger Frame itself? Any input would be good thanks.

you can also get your own rail milled out ULE style, i forget who does it here on the boards, but do a search.

correct me if i'm wrong, but they don't sell just an emag frame.

if you're thinking about building your own emag i think you might have to find a different way. and if you think about it, it's a smart move by AGD to not sell just the frame so pwople could make their own...it would take away from their emag sales.

ULE Trigger frame is $200+ just for the frame. Then $200 or so for the board/solenoid assembly and I think $80 for the battery pack itself.

You're better off buying a used one.
