Any AO Forum page techies kno about this?

Ppl are telling me that when they try to PM it says my PM box is full.
When I get PM's a message comes up with the OK or cancel options. If I click OK it takes me to my PM box and sasy there are no new messages.

I've gone to user CP, and check the PM box, and PM sent and it says both are emty, but I have noticed that I am not getting an PM's as of late.

Yea, it does'nt make sense to me but here's how you get them. Go to your PM page and look where it says "show messages from" and it has a box that probably says "last day". Click on it and change it to "from the beginning" since you don't know how many you've missed. This will being up all the PM's you've ever been sent.

When you go to Usercp look over on the right hand side for the "view all Private Messages" tab. It will bring them all up. At this point you are only looking for recent ones. You need to look at all of them and delete some of them. Check the box next to them and then hit delete.
