Well, this was my first AO meet. I wouldn't have thought about going if daroach didnt ask me to. Im glad he did. I had a blast. Thanks to curtis and clare for the event. Joe for providing a nice field to play. Kenndog for hauling me around everywhere. Postinote for letting me crash at her place. Daroach's parents for driving me to austin. and everyone else I met along the way.

Trudy's was a blast even if Curtis accused me of being a "mag hater" . Had fun playing twisted metal at his place. Awesome pics by all members. I'll be at the next one providing plans work out.

wow I wish i knew yall had a meet, I should of read up on that. My friends and I would of loved to of been there, specialy for the Chicks = ).

we are planning to pb this sunday the 13th. one of my dumb friends fell for the $5 ticket deals, so he is pulling all of us into that trap.

Just wanted to chime in and say that this was my first AO outing as well, and I had a lot of fun out there. I don't get to see such a large crowd of great players often, and on a nice field to boot.

Vern1, you have a well run and well maintained field, and I look forward to playing there again sometime!

Well I'm finally home. Traffic was crazy coming back, dropped off my gear at home, then dropped of Jon. After that stop by my friends house for a fajita, gumbo, Wallaby Darned, beer drinking, fireworks party.
** Note only minimal injuries were substaned, and thankfully not to me.

Back on subject, I had a completly awesome time!!!!

I know I don't post a lot on the boards, so many people didn't know who I was. However after only a few minutes of introductions to everyone I felt right at home, and like I had known many of you for a really long time. Thanks for making me so welcome.

Sorry I couldn't hang out more on Saturday, I was completely wiped out after playing all day, and the water pistol wars at dinner.

Thanks so much for a weekend full of great memories.
