I just ordered a smoke Halo B, and was wondering what you guys thought about this. When I ordered it, I was planning on selling my non-Y board eggo 2 to help absorb some of the cost. But after reading a Halo B problems thread at pbnation, I am having second guesses about needing a backup hopper. I was hoping I could go Halo and never look back, but now I am not so sure. What would you guys do?

well i got both and i kept both. if you can afford having both keep them. if not i will sell the eggy and keep the halo. never had any problem with my halo but i only have fired bout 2000 rounds. anyways i would say keep both and if you do decide to sell contact me. hope that helped -
I don't know of any inherant probs with a Halo other than ball detents on some guns.
However, I always bring an extra loader with me. If you don't need the cash I would hang on to it.I use the Egg sometimes just to save weight when I know I'm not gonna be shooting alot of paint.

seriously though. backups/spares are always good...dont just think of yourself, but also your friends/family who have ****ty hoppers that break once in a while.
maybe one day you'll crack your halo and wont be able to use it.Comment
