he is pushing it. ive seen it that consistant, but dont expect it to be like that when you get it. you will need several upgrades to make it good.
the most important upgrades right now is a bolt kit($115) and a lpr($50). and there are some aftermarket mods that you can buy that will make it even more effecient(ex: leethal mod, oracle spacer, freeflow bolt kit, etc.)
other than that, trixs are good guns if they are well lubed and taken care of.Team CDR

Is the LPR that needed? I have another friend that has a compeltly stock trix, but i havnt played with him since he got it about 4 months ago, and he says it shoots amazing. He chopped 1 ball since he got it.Dub V

The old trixes were gas hogs, I don't think it's really required for a LPR on a new trix, but it makes it look nicer too =D

its not required, but it should be. no matter what kind of matrix you have, you should get a lpr. MUCH easier on paint, and less of a chance of chopping.Team CDR

The LPR allows you to actually put your finger in the breech (like LX). BTW I love my freeflow matrix, I get about 1150 shots on my 68/3k due to the Freeflow Adjustable Boltkit. They are so simple, and there is no springs, hammer, or sear, and there is only one moving part which is the bolt (they have almost no kick).Smart Parts 2003 Shocker /w Vision

No diff... yes you can get the FF bolt, but personally I'd wait for the Leethal bolt. Yes, get an LPR, and a bolt kit if you don't have one. Get a good inline too if you have a screw in tank (sidewinder is the only way to go in my eyes). Other than that be prepared for an awesome marker. They are moderately heavy compared to other markers, especially with a halo b, but their performance casts a shadow over that. Be sure you know how to set your LPR right, too....Originally posted by Automaggin2

BTW AKA is coming out with a LPR for matrixes called the sodacan, it looks like it'd be well worth the wait. Put a fast hopper on that, too. And you can find a lot of info at matrixowner.com

It can be used with all Matrixes, but only with certian bolt kits. If you want to use it with your trix, you'll have to buy a Gen E or Aardvark bolt kit first.Originally posted by Automaggin2
