    PGP Thread

Well after getting a new PGP via ebay.. I just HAD to show it off. It was originally intended for a semi-auto conversion, but I think I may keep it a pump until Castle Conquest.

Seeing as so many of us here have PeeGees I was hoping this thread could become a bit of a show off our PGP thread.

Here is the PGP as I won it via ebay.

    The new PGP came with:

stock cocker frame (attached in above pic)

    Gold 45 cocker frame

    Stock PGP frame

    cocker/mag grip to PGP adapter

    Center feed

    CA adapter

    Barrel hone and color stripped

Here is a pic of the PGP torn apart to clean/lube everything.

And here is a pic of my PGPs together. Arn't they so cool

Yes I know the CA adapter on my brass one is fugly, in the future I will have it side tapped , but right now I have no $$.

I am also thinking of nickel plating the brass one, and I still don't know if I want to leave it pump or go semi. The Black one will be left as is. It has a quick strip bolt, valve work, barrel hone, velocity adjuster and CA. Oh and a stock automag frame

I have one and use it pretty often. But it's basic, nothing you couldn't see from looking at the manufacturer picture. Besides the Masse speed-changer of course.

you mean you can put a coker trigger frame on a sheridan and it will work? what about a .45 cocker grip? i hope so because i have an extra one and want to put it on my annihilater.......

it works! it works! i had a stock .45 cocker frame and mounted it. all i had to do is make a little more room on nthe inside top where the mounting screw goes.

bad news is my autotrigger doesn't fit right so i can't mount it.

quickling: i think i love you.........thanks for the idea.

i also discovered that with a little bit of modification, a stock mag frame will work on a sheridan and the autotrigger will fit and work. time to go to the agd store and get an old school aluminum frame........

nice setup No prob for the idea, but be aware that all of the cocking stress will be placed on the screws, which can strip them. Or so they say, but I have had a mag frame on that black PGP for three years with no problems.

You may also notice that using a slider cocker frame on a PGP may create bidding between the trigger plate and the body. I found htat backing the screw by the trigger out a 1/2 thread will solve this, but losen up the mating between frame and body. Be carefull, too much of this will create problems.
