    dissapointed with the x-10 drop....

i just bought the system-x x-10 drop with on/off, and its a great, sexy as hell, positions the tank perfectly.... only one little, itty-bitty problem.......... the tank i have doesn't screw all the way in...
i have a 16oz co2 tank, and when i try to screw it into the asa, on about the 4th rotation, the little brass thing bites into the drop and it won't continue screwing in.... now i don't have any air in the tank now, so i'm not 100% positive that the tank just isn't in all the way and that is y it won't go in any further... BUT considering how easy it is to unscrew it, i'm pretty sure that the tank isn't fully in... so, right now i'm trying to file down that little brass pain in the rectum....... anyone else have this problem? anyone have a simple solution to get me out of this???

:EDIT: o, and btw, i got it in perfect condition, so i'm not badmouthing the seller or anything like that.

no, i like ming, its DEAD SEXY.. but the whole not taking my tank thing is something i could do without... i mean, what is the point of a sexy drop if it can't even take a tank?

alright, well i finished filing it, and it fits fine now. the only problem now is that, at some point yesterday, before i thought of filing the thing, i was going nuts and i thought i would just jam the thing in... this loosened a couple of screws that hold the drop onto the asa. now, i'm thinking that these screws r standard, instead of metric (hex keys), but i'm not sure. can anyone enlighten me?

The little set screw that holds the on/off in might be metric but i had one for a couple days and i dont remember it being metric.

Props to echo419 for the sig

yea, ive got one, they take a hex key, i think mine looks good, but i had to cut my foregrip to be able to turn it off, but you cant really tell, and it made the grip lighter, so whatever
