      You are correct..:)

If you can control when to stop shooting (i.e. take your finger off the trigger, and the gun stops shooting), it is NOT RUN-AWAY.

If you can not control it (i.e. take your finger off the trigger, and it keeps on shooting by itself), then it is RUN-AWAY. (Remember this thread?)

If you get the trigger to bounce back and forth via constant finger presssure and RT push back, then it is SWEET-SPOTTING. (click here to watch a clip of dry fire sweet-spotting )

If you mod the internals (by either altering or removing parts), and get the gun to shoot non-stop while holding down the trigger, then you are shooting fake FULL-AUTO. (Remember this thread?)

heh heh... well, since a typical automag goes:

          1. pull trigger
          2. on/off pin closes dump chamber
          3. sear releases bolt
          4. bolt pops off the power tube like a cork pops off a champagne bottle.
          5. air expelled from dump chamber -> bolt moves forward, shoots ball
          6. main spring pushes the bolt back
          7. release trigger
          8. sear catches the bolt - keeps the "cork" in place
          9. on/off pin opens dump chamber

I like to call it "fake" full-auto, because you are skipping steps 2, 7, 8, 9

          :)

                  I do agree, though.

                  About the terminology
