Thinking of starting a 5 man team, info please

Well, I've been playing paintball since 96, but all rec ball. I feel that myself and my friends are ready for our first tourney. I've never seen a tournment, nor know what to expect. What should I tell my propective team? And everyone talks about front, mid, back players? We have 2 mags, 2 spyders, and a shocker. I want to make the transition and I need some info, help, and/or guidence. Thanks

practice as much as possible, try diff. postitions and stratagies. and never ever cheat

i would suggest going and watching a tourny, then you will know whats going on, not that you dont now, it jsut gives you a better idea
anyways
i would just suggest you practice, and then get yourselves in a local tourny and see what you really got

They have tournament footage that might help. It is usually pro level, but it should give you some kind of idea of what tournaments are like.
