    mag classic vs. minimag

i want to get a mag classic or minimag (if anyone is selling, please email me. i also have an A5 to possibly trade), but i'm not sure what the difference is between them. of course, i know the minimag has that vent-looking body and the two have different valves. other than that, are there any differences?

the classic valve is the exact same as the minimag valve, no difference except the number of stars on them...

The minimag comes stock with a vert adapter, but other than that they are the exact same gun

they are basically the same gun. The valves are actually mechanically the same thing. The only real diference's are the body, the grips, and the ASA on the minimag. The minimag has the slotted body as you saw, rubber grips, and an ASA, where the classic has plastic grips, a regular body and, no ASA. Really thats about it, no other differences.

The Minimag also comes with a SLIGHTLY different body. No performace value added, but to some they are more aesthetically pleasing.
