Max Flow question

well, today i took my tank to be filled, and i was told that my pressure gauge (the one that tells me how much air i have left) was 500 psi off. i have a black 68/45 max flow. how can this be? and how would i go about fixing that? it shows the tank 500 psi lower than whats in there.

You can't fix it,just replace it.Be aware that most gauges are not real accurate anyway. I'd just leave it,you know how far off it is so your ahead of most people.
