X-Mag, the price is right?

Hi, I'm strongly considering buying an X-Mag. They have one at my local field. It's a brand new C&C silver US X-Mag with the battery pack milled. It comes also with a Dye drop and air port with macro line. I know the owner a lot and he would let me buy it for 1385$

Does it worth it?
